Just came across a collection of really cool, handmade Ink Crane + Ink Fish pendants. This is the exotic + elaborate work of Aussie artist, Nanami Cowdroy. Kintoto (the goldfish) + Origami Tsuru (the paper crane) are Nanami's signature characters that she beautifully translated into a detailed black + white laser etched pendant hand constructed with her artist mark.
After I placed my order + of course send my compliments to the artist, Nanami personally emailed me back a big thank you (so unexpected) + even asked me if I wanted info on her next show in LA coming up at the end of this year... Her email was so humble, she made my day! I can't wait to see her latest exhibit when she comes to LA!
