It all started with Kogi's Korean BBQ truck tramping around the streets of LA and now the phenomenon has exploded into a total of 36 trucks scattered throughout the area... I am sure there are many more, but the Find LA Food Truck site pin points instant updates via Twitter from 36 trucks on one page side by side. We personally have taken a liking in a very stalkerish way to Eric Nakata's Japanese-Peruvian mobile restaurant, Lomo Arigato! The name says it all... Lomo Saltado is a Peruvian favorite and also Eric's signature dish! Domo Arigato means thank you in Japanese. Just perfect... We love it! The Lomo menu is more intricate and unique then some of the other taco trucks in the rat race, so when you see the big, white truck then pull over and order a Lomo Saltado with an Inca Cola (Peru's delicious golden soda)! Track them all, taste them all, and tell us which ones you stalk!
